Dr. Andrea Blue (Dr. Blue) hails from Baldwin, MI. Dr. Blue is an international speaker, author, educator, mentor, and coach. Her education includes a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Development and Change in Higher Education Organizations; at Colorado Technical University; 2 Master's Degrees; at Ferris State University in Business Administration and Career Technical Education.

Dr. Blue is the Founder and CXO/Executive Director of B & J Enterprises, LLC, where Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services, Paramount Recruitment Agency, and Blue Diamonds Training and Consulting, INC were birthed. Dr. Blue brings 20 plus years of experience in business, management, and education Dr. Blue spent the first 15 years as a mentor at Ferris State University. In 2014, she had the opportunity to work with a University that allowed her to explore her gifts and start a business where she continues to serve youth, girls, and women of color between the ages of 11-25+ selflessly.

Dr. Blue intentionally works with c-suite leaders (male and female leaders) that work with women of color in corporate spaces and educational institutions to provide them with strategic tools to help schools and organizations create effective leaders, increase retention rates, and decrease drop out rates. The focus is to engage and build a culture of camaraderie to reduce the Great Resignation through our Leadership Platform for Women of Color In Corporate Spaces.

She understands the push and pulls in society that can limit and stifle their growth. However, she is their voice; she stands in the gap for them every day to be in the room and speak proudly where injustices exist.
